Port Jackson

Port Jackson beautiful port at sydney that become one of the most wanted spot in sydney Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales as well as one of Australia's largest city. Geographically, Sydney lies on the east coast of Australia, surrounded by the largest natural harbor of Port Jackson. East of the Sydney area bounded by the Tasman Sea, in the west bounded by the Blue Mountains, in the north bounded by the Hawkesbury River, and south bounded by Woronora Plateau. Port Jackson, also known by the name of Sydney Harbour, is the natural harbor in Sydney which consists of Sydney Harbour, Middle Harbour, North Harbour and Lane Cove River and Parramata River. This port is located on an inlet (small bay) in the Tasman Sea. Here there are two major landmarks in Sydney and the country's iconic Australia: Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. This port was first discovered by a British naval captain, James Cook, in 1770. By Captain Cook, the inlet is then named Port Jackson, named after Sir George Jackson, one of the commission admiral British army. Events are often held in place include Sydney New Year's Eve and the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race.
